Found an incredible deal but worried prices might drop further during the Black Friday season?
Lock in your purchase with confidence at K&B Audio, backed by our Black Friday Price Promise, valid from 1st November 2024.
Should our prices decrease between 01.11.2024 and 02.12.2024, just let us know, and we’ll refund you the difference.
Terms & Conditions
- Applies to purchases made between 1st November - 2nd December 2024.
- Claims must be submitted by email before 11:59 PM on 2nd December 2024.
- Covers like-for-like purchases (including colour variations).
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 working days of your claim.
- Refunds for purchases made using finance options will be credited to your finance account.
- Price adjustments do not apply to additional promotional offers such as free gift offers.
Extended Returns
Buying a gift for the festive season?
We’ve got you covered with an extended holiday return window.
All orders placed during November 2024 can be returned up until January 31st provided they are as new and unopened.
All orders placed throughout December get our extended 60 day returns so you can buy your gifts with peace of mind.
How does it work?
If a gift isn’t quite right, simply contact K&B Audio by 31st January 2025 via phone, email, or live chat, and our team will guide you through the returns process.
- Unopened Items: All items must be returned fully sealed and unopened. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Opened Items: If the item has been opened it will fall under our standard returns procedures.
